FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with small and medium-sized businesses?

Yes. I work with both SMEs and larger companies, adapting the scope and depth of each project to the real needs of the business.

Is it possible to book just a consultation, without a full project?

Yes. The one-off consultation is designed to address specific questions, validate decisions or review a particular situation in a 60-minute session, with no ongoing commitment.

Do you support the implementation of improvements, or only carry out the assessment?

I support the full cycle: from the initial assessment through to implementing the improvements and following up afterwards, adjusting the plan based on the results obtained.

Do you work remotely, or are in-person meetings required?

I work mainly remotely, which allows agile collaboration with clients anywhere. Where it adds value, we can combine this with in-person meetings in Irún, Gipuzkoa, or wherever is agreed.

What if I am not yet clear on what the problem is?

You do not need a clearly defined problem or a scoped project. We can start with a consultation to review your situation, identify the main challenges and work out what kind of support would be most appropriate.

How is the price of a project determined?

The price depends on the complexity of the challenge, the scope of the work and the level of support required. After a first conversation, I prepare a proposal setting out the services included, the timescales and the fee. You can see indicative prices on this page.
